We were at my parent's house last night and my mom found a snake in the driveway and tried to pick it up... Here is Kyndi's take on the event...

"At first Gramma thought it was a rubber snake but then when she picked it up, it growled at her."

My mom did try to catch it, and it hissed and tried to strike at her... turns out it was a baby rattlesnake.

...Tate read a McDonalds sign that said "Drive-thru open 24 hours"...

Morrissa and Kyndi have a TV for their room so they can watch dvd's. However, the dvd player stopped working and Kamron took the whole thing apart to fix it but found that the laser was un-fixable...

Kyndi: "Kamron you need to fix our laser for our dvds"

Kamron: "I can't fix it"

Kyndi: "Um, hello! You're the plumber around here, not us!"

I took Tate Kyndi and Oaklee to the dentist the other day. The nurse-lady took each one to the x-ray thingy to get x-rays of their teeth. When it was Oaklee's turn she sat up in the chair and the lady put the little black x-ray piece in her mouth and explained to Oaklee that this machine was gonna take a picture of her teeth.

Lady: "Hold still, I'll count to three and it'll take a picture of your teeth. 1, 2..."

Oaklee: "Cheese!"

So Tyson is at that age where it is funny to say "Yo Mama" at the end of anything somebody says to them... it gets said quite a bit around here. Tyson started it, now Tate says it too...

But here is a recent conversation in my house:

Me: Oaklee go get me a diaper please

Oaklee: Uh Mama!

(then she laughed like "I'm so funny!!")

When Tate was 3 I had him and Kyndi in the back seat of my car along with a big ol' basket of laundry. (We had just done laundry at my mom's) We turned a corner and the laundry all spilled out. Tate in a panicky voice said:

"Mom, we got a prollem back here"

Me: "I know, the laundry spilled out"

Tate: "No mom, there's boobs back here!"

Apparently my bra spilled out too.

2005

Today I was boxing up baby clothes that no longer fit (how do they grow out of them so fast??)

I was writing on the boxes and speaking it out loud as I wrote: "Boy, Premie to 3 months" Kyndi had a pencil and was writing too and she repeated what I said:

"Boy, Creamie to 3 mumps"
